Retail / Trade Counter Sales (Gyprock) – Orange, NSW at CSR Limited

The Trade Counter Sales role is a Full-time position, based at Orange, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the deliveries of Gyprock to our customers and work within the warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all customers (walk-in, email and phone).
  • Assist in day-to-day activities within the store.
  • Process orders, invoices and payments.
  • Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

About You / Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to handle sales transactions, process orders, and manage stock inquiries.
  • Retail experience in any field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and basic computer skills.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
