What You'll Be Doing
- Leading complex, high-value environmental projects across Queensland
- Applying expert technical insight to solve environmental challenges - on time, within scope and budget
- Producing high-quality environmental reports, assessments and applications
- Managing project risk, subcontractors and commercial performance
- Communicating science and strategy clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Building enduring client relationships and identifying strategic opportunities for growth
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development and strategic direction
- A relevant environmental degree and professional certification (where applicable)
- Proven experience in environmental consulting with strong technical and project management skills
- Commercial acumen and experience in financial and risk management on complex projects
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for building capability - yours and others'
- A practical mindset, strategic focus and ability to work autonomously with impact
