We welcome applications from those interested in casual roles as Shop Assistants in busy stores. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with our products.
  2. Surprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious food.
  3. Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping stores stocked and clean, with creative displays.
  4. Maintain accurate signage and pricing.
  5. Put the WOW in everything you do.
  6. Use your team-building skills to maintain a happy and safe working environment.
  7. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
  8. Assist with food sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
  9. Go the extra mile for our customers.
Skills required:
  1. Previous customer service experience.
  2. Enjoy working in a customer service environment.
  3. Enjoy being around others and creating an enjoyable workplace.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Passion for good food.
  6. Flexibility in availability, as stores operate across 7 days.
