The RoleYou will join an energetic and passionate team in Collins Kitchen who make the difference to dining experiences in our renowned hotel restaurant.
Day to Day / Responsibilities- Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurant
- Provide personalised service in intimate settings
- Work in a dynamic team
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Deliver superior customer service with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Create a positive first impression
- Be flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
- Assist with other areas of Food & Beverage as the business requires
- Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
- A positive attitude for customer service
- Must have an unrestricted working visa for Australia
- Must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol for Victoria
- Bar skills are preferred
- Barista skills are preferred
