Senior Recruitment Administrator (Part-time)

About the Role

This role provides high-level executive support to our senior leadership team while managing day-to-day operations of a busy office supporting 25+ staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive and Recruitment Support: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from job acquisition to candidate placement. Prepare candidate longlists, format resumes, and compile detailed reports. Conduct reference and background checks, schedule interviews, and manage digital assessments.
  2. Office and Operational Management: Oversee office supplies, meeting room bookings, mail handling, signage, and events. Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Liaise with building management, cleaners, IT, and external suppliers.
  3. Team Collaboration and Project Support: Collaborate with national teams to ensure seamless operations. Attend and contribute to monthly operational meetings. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
