What We're Looking For:
  • You're a Behaviour Support Practitioner (core or proficient) with your own caseload to transfer
  • You love what you do – and bring energy, authenticity, and creativity to your practice
  • You're driven by outcomes, not paperwork
  • You're experienced in PBSP development, implementation, and reporting
  • You want autonomy and collaboration – not micromanagement
  • Wants freedom, flexibility, and a team that gets it
