The Business

A rapidly growing ASX listed company, Genus Infrastructure (VIC) Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). Genus Infrastructure is a market leader in the ASP Industry and Victorian Power Sector, currently seeking qualified and experienced Linespersons with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our Dandenong South depot.

The Role

Successful applicants will be part of an energetic, growing team within a progressive company, with a position that offers industry and employment development. You will be rewarded with competitive EBA-based hourly pay and a company vehicle for the right candidates. The role is on a permanent full-time basis, requiring a minimum of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities if needed.

Essential Criteria

  • Construction Card
  • Certificate 3 ESI Distribution Overhead (with 2 years minimum experience)
  • Valid MR Class Driver's Licence
  • High Risk Work Licence – EWP (WP), Dogging (DG)
  • Experience within the Victorian Electrical Supply Industry (VESI)
  • Previous experience in this role
  • Current ESI worker card
  • Current ESV (VIC) Lineworker Licence
  • Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing

Desirable Criteria

  • Trade Certificate – Glove & Barrier Linesman, HV Operating
  • High Risk Work Licences – Rigging, Forklift Classes, C6
  • Valid Driver's Licence – HR / HC Class
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home, including weekends
