Property & Rating ERP Consultant

The Role

We're seeking a motivated and technically capable ERP Consultant with experience in Property & Rating (P&R) software or a deep understanding of local government processes—including development applications, infringements, animal registrations, and customer request management.

This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex technical requirements into meaningful solutions. You'll work alongside a passionate team, consulting to local councils and playing a key role in data migration, implementation, and optimisation projects.

You

You're a strong communicator with a background in business analysis, consulting, or technical implementation. You may have used a P&R product or worked for a council and are now ready to step into a consulting role.

Alternatively, you have strong ETL/data migration experience, are coachable, and eager to learn P&R software on the job.

Ideal candidates will:
  • Understand local government functions
  • Have experience with ERP or SaaS platforms
  • Bring hands-on knowledge of data migration or implementation
  • Speak the language of councils and end-users alike
  • Be technically curious and people-oriented
Responsibilities
  • Consult with councils to understand business needs
  • Configure and implement ERP systems
  • Lead or support data migration using inbuilt ETL tools
  • Translate customer requirements into practical solutions
  • Deliver customer-facing support and training
