We have an exciting opportunity for a Sprinkler Fitter to join our Service team in Melbourne.

About the position

As a service sprinkler fitter, you will be working independently and in a team to test & service and maintain Fire Sprinklers, Hydrants & Hose reels, Special Hazards, Pump Systems (as a minimum requirement). You will be responsible forproviding electronicreports back to our office &carrying out repairs.

Duties

Be able to Inspect, test, repair & installation of Fire Sprinklers, Hydrants & Hose reels, Special Hazards, Pump Systems

Plan and schedule your own workload to meet our client's expectations and tolerance periods

Complete all sign in and out procedures, risk assessments and impairment noticed as required by the Clients and ARA

Communicate with Customers on defects and repairs findings .

Candidate must be available to go on a 24 hr call roster . working between Newcastle and Hornsby .

Core Requirements and Experience

Current driver's license

Essential to be a registered fitter

Must have a good knowledge of the current Australian Standard

Must be able to obtain a Police Check, Blue Card and produce annual Flu Vaccination certificates and COVID Proof of vaccination

Good customer focus and can do attitude is essential.
