Ecommerce Lead

As an Ecommerce Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing product exposure and associated content within your department pages on .com and app to enhance both commercial performance and brand perception.
- Securing and managing the publishing of content aligned with the daily commercial customer plan and making ad hoc adjustments to optimize performance.
- Executing and optimizing product ranking based on analysis of current trends, customer behavior, inventory availability, and commercial packs.
- Implementing deals and discount activities, and optimizing their execution through content publishing and exposure tactics.
- Collaborating with the Experience Lead and Customer Activation & Marketing teams to align campaigns and activations with recent trends and insights.
- Optimizing navigational entries based on performance and customer behavior, including enhancing internal search with synonyms and creating relevant search landing pages.
- Staying updated on fashion industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to adjust site merchandising strategies accordingly.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH: The Ecommerce Lead reports to the Ecommerce Manager and is part of a broader Ecommerce team. The role collaborates with stakeholders including Merchandising and Marketing to deliver a comprehensive customer experience.

- Highly analytical, structured, organized, and efficient.
- Experts in eCommerce platforms and content management systems for managing product listings and website content.
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while collaborating effectively within a team.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Commercial salesmanship with a drive to achieve results and meet goals.
- Attention to detail to ensure an accurate and seamless shopping experience.
