Winslow Infrastructure is involved in building Melbourne's vast infrastructure network and requires a professional, engaged and driven Project Engineer to join our high performing team.

The Opportunity

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our projects. You will be involved with the full scope of project elements including civil, structures, and utilities.

  • Being actively involved with all stages of a project delivery including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, methodology, and procurement.
  • Managing safety, time, cost, and quality.
  • Project planning and programming tasks.
  • Liaising and managing client relationships.
  • Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
  • Reporting and mitigating performance issues.
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Procurement of plant, equipment, and material.
  • Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.
  • Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System.

Here's what we are looking for…

  • A person who excels in collaborating in project teams and has a passion for complex and major infrastructure development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Project Management.
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively working with authorities, such as local councils, utilities companies and Major Road Projects Victoria.
