What you'll be doing

The Sonographer will provide quality, sustainable diagnostic imaging services, collaborating in a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-focused care to patients, clients, and clinicians.

Selection Criteria

  • Post-graduate qualifications in ultrasound with current registration with ASAR
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse people
  • Experience in general ultrasound exams, including MSK, obstetrics, and interventional imaging
  • Ability to work in a team, manage workloads, and participate in on-call duties
  • Ability to interpret requests, select protocols, and adapt to clinical scenarios
  • Ongoing professional development and contribution to supervision or training
  • Knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures related to medical imaging
  • Current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel
