We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain/Sales professional to join our Customer Supply Chain Team. This role interfaces between Mondelēz and Woolworths to ensure safe, efficient and on-time replenishment, focusing on customer collaboration and delivering enhanced service through customer supply chain improvement initiatives and strong relationships with Woolworths.
Responsibilities- Execute orders against the sales/demand plan to maximize service level of products to Woolworths DCs within supply chain efficiency constraints to minimize total cost to serve.
- Review and influence a 12-week aligned operational plan into the Woolworths network to identify and drive process improvements that improve service and productivity, hitting KPI targets while delivering profitable service.
- Manage daily customer communications with Woolworths to foster effective collaboration and drive proactive issue resolution.
- Provide daily and weekly reporting on KPIs (e.g., Delivered In Full and On Time, Outbound Service Level, and inventory levels). Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure demand plans for Woolworths are reconciled and aligned through the Collaboration process by providing order visibility and ensuring plans reflect all aspects of expected inventory for stakeholder decision making.
- Collaborate with the Mondelez commercial team to ensure aligned decision making between Supply Chain and Commercial, delivering strong customer-centric outcomes.
- Supply chain experience and/or sales experience
- Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast-moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
- Strong communication skills
- Time management, prioritization, and planning
- Able to influence cross-functional teams
- A business or supply chain degree is an advantage
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, sales or supermarkets retail
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry will be well regarded
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in PowerBi is an advantage
- Exposure to SAP is an advantage
Full-time role working 38 hours per week, based between our NSW State office and Woolworths Head Office – Bella Vista, with flexible working options available. No relocation support available.
