A high profile Federal Government department is looking to engage experiencedSenior Test Analyststo support data-driven decision-making across their enterprise Azure data and analytics platform. These roles focus on the design, development, and delivery of data testing activities for ETL/ELT processes, enabling operational analytics and ensuring the integrity and reliability of business-critical data. The successfulSenior Test Analystswill be offered an initial12 month contract with the view to be extended and hybrid working arrangements

The successful Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Testing complex ETL/ELT processes on Azure-based analytics platforms
  • Developing test frameworks, strategies, and reusable artefacts
  • Conducting defect tracking, issue resolution, and test reporting
  • Supporting Agile team objectives and test coverage assurance
  • Mentoring junior testers and sharing knowledge across the team

The successfulSenior systems Analyst will have experience in the following:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in data testing (ETL/ELT, BI, or data warehouse)
  • Proficient SQL scripting and experience with large relational databases
  • Strong understanding of data models and analytics solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve complex issues
  • Experience uplifting capability through mentoring or training
