The Executive Principal invites Expressions of Interest from motivated Christian educators for the following roles:

SECONDARY TEACHERS
  • Mathematics
  • English / Humanities

Positions are ongoing, with an immediate start possible or by negotiation. Excellent professional development opportunities are available, and relocation expenses may be considered.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering teaching that incorporates biblical perspectives into each subject area.
  • Understanding and implementing personalised learning.
  • Collaborating to foster a positive teaching and learning culture.
  • Strengthening partnerships with parents to support student learning and outcomes.
  • Implementing a hands-on curriculum based on the Australian Curriculum that encourages exploration and reflects personalised learning.
  • Maintaining outstanding classroom practice and integrating Information Technology effectively into teaching.
  • Fostering and maintaining student wellbeing within a Christian education environment.

Qualifications and qualities required:

  • Proven commitment to Christian faith, including active involvement in a church.
  • Understanding and alignment with the School's mission and philosophy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing equal educational opportunities for all students.
  • Current Tasmanian Teacher's Registration or ability to obtain one.
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People card.
  • A recent written reference from a pastor or minister.
