About the RoleReporting to the CEO, the People & Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in driving workforce culture, engagement, and capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and L&D
- Leading and mentoring the People & Culture team
- Building positive, professional stakeholder relationships
- Driving retention and workforce wellbeing strategies
- Overseeing WHS and workplace injury management
- Aligning operational goals with Torbay's vision and values
We're looking for an experienced HR leader with:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related discipline
- 3 - 5+ years' generalist HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and performance management
- Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
Experience with the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission will be a bonus.
