Store Manager, Team Leader & Sales Associates | Ladies Fashion Footwear

We are a family-owned South Australian business that has been operating as a footwear retailer in Adelaide for over 45 years. We have a reputation for excellent service, great products, and a caring, supportive team culture.

About the role

We're looking for a Full-Time Store Manager, a Part-Time Team Leader for our Shouz store at Burnside Village, casual Sales Associates for our Shouz stores at Burnside Village and Norwood, and our Garda store at Burnside Village. Varying hours available.

Store Manager / Team Leader Duties Include (not limited to):

  • Manage all aspects of the store to maximise sales results and customer experience
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the team
  • Act as a mentor, coach, and role model within the store environment
  • Create an atmosphere of trust, confidence, and respect within the store environment
  • Identify opportunities to drive and increase sales
  • Communicate budgets, motivate, and encourage staff
  • Create an exceptional customer experience and provide up-to-the-minute styling advice
  • Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store
  • Train and work with the management teams to drive sales, KPIs, and budgets

Casual Sales Associates Duties Include (not limited to):

  • Stock unpacking and distribution
  • Lifting boxes and cartons of product (must be able to lift 10kg)
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Create a positive team environment
  • Demonstrate a "team player" attitude
  • Pack online orders and use the online system
  • General administration

  • Have an interest and understanding of Ladies Fashion Footwear

  • Be energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be confident and competent with the use of computer systems and software
  • Be able to pursue and achieve sales budgets
  • Be a team player who is motivated and flexible
  • Be available to work weekends
