The role

  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities.
  • Assist with medication delivery and administration.
  • Support mobility according to care plans.
  • Maintain accurate health documentation.
  • Encourage residents to participate in social activities.
  • Build relationships with residents and families.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.

What will you bring?

  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
  • A passion for world-class care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Standards.
