Buildings Maintenance Officer

Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for a Buildings Maintenance Officer. Contract: 6 months. Hourly rate: $43.41 p/h + Super.
Responsibilities- Undertake defect identification inspections of Buildings and other Built Structures
- Undertake inspections of buildings to verify successful delivery of Buildings Essential Services
- Assist site access to contractors, consultants and or utility authorities as required basis
- Technical qualification in building trades such as electrical, plumbing or carpentry at TAFE
