Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 1pm to 11pm.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership to warehouse staff in daily operations.
  2. Ensure all orders are picked, checked, and loaded accurately.
  3. Oversee the loading of company vehicles according to requirements.
  4. Ensure staff compliance with company policies, including OH&S and HACCP guidelines.
  5. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the warehouse.
  6. Support management in stock control and purchasing objectives.
  7. Ensure all administrative and paperwork requirements are completed accurately.
Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Forklift license is essential.
  • Understanding of warehouse and distribution functions.
  • Good product knowledge.
  • Knowledge of OH&S and HACCP standards.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to work extra hours when required.
