What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with Account and Campaign Managers to shape marketing and advertising strategies that win.
  • Be the frontline ambassador, creating positive, memorable connections between consumers and clients.
  • Lead and mentor promotional teams, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and successfully.
  • Oversee event promotions and help execute strategies that drive results.
  • Represent Synaptic with professionalism, energy, and passion every day.
  • Drive sales through engaging retail promotional campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Located in Cleveland or able to travel to our office for daily training.
  • Outstanding communication skills — you know how to connect and engage.
  • Full-time availability and commitment.
  • Reliable transportation.
