We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages and abilities, and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on their daily lives. You'll assess, plan, and implement therapy services that help children build independence in areas like fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, play, and school-related activities.

New Grads will be considered if they are the right fit for our team. Supervision and supports will be provided based on experience.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services in a fun, engaging, and child-friendly manner.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support the child's development.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and parent consultations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive clinic environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current registration and licensure as an Occupational Therapist (as per state/provincial requirements).
• 1-2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred (new grads with strong pediatric placement or experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration, motor development, and early intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting family-centered care.
