Overview

Customer Service & Admin Support Officer role at NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD). Ongoing full-time position located in Mudgee NSW. Provide high-quality front-line customer service and administration support for the Central Tablelands Local Land Services regional team and its customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistent high-quality front-line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required).
  • Manage customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide feedback and information to contribute towards an ongoing improvement in customer and administrative service activities.
  • Provide accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management assistance and financial reconciliations in accordance with agency standards and procedures.
About You / Qualifications

Hands-on office all-rounder with a proactive team attitude. You'll be busy and be a front face for the Central Tablelands team. Strong, professional communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with processing accurate data and information as well as interacting with internal and external customers. Previous experience in a customer service-related position or an office administration role is desirable; a strong understanding and interest in technology is a benefit.
