Overview

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Casual Chef for one of our key aged care facilities located in Glen Waverley. We are focused on attracting people with the right attitude and personality, who have spark, personality, care for each other and enjoy working in a team environment.

Job Type: Casual   Location: VIC: Melbourne

Roster

Roster: Saturday and Sundays

Responsibilities
  • Preparing & presenting food for our residents
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Support bulk cooking operations
  • Prepare and present texture modified foods
  • Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
  • Adherence to food & general safety practices
