Your experience in developing innovative health program portfolios will enable you to make a measurable contribution to the organisation's strategic objectives and position it as a bold innovative leader within the private health sector.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in private healthcare and/or health insurance environments

  • A strong understanding of health innovation, digital and virtual models of care, evaluation methodologies, and human-centred design

  • Highly developed ability to establish strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and successfully lead complex cross-functional initiatives

  • Engaging management style with proven track record in managing high performing teams

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills with a focus on finding practical ways to delivery high quality results
