Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Provide leadership, support, and resources to optimise team performance
  • Effectively plan and allocate staff and resources to meet client and business deadlines
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing and new client relationships
  • Achieve key performance metrics including productivity, fee targets, write-offs, client acquisition, WIP, and debtor management
  • Stay current with Australian Auditing and Accounting Standards, applying and sharing updates with the team

What you'll need to succeed :

  • 5-10 years of experience from a leading mid-tier firm / Big 4 consulting firm
  • Mandarin fluency is essential for this role
  • Fully qualified CA / CPA
  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
