About the Role

As a vital member of our Leadership & Success Education Team, you'll engage with prospective clients worldwide via phone and email. Your mission: introduce our transformative programs, understand client goals, and help them unlock their full potential. This role offers the freedom to work on your schedule while making a lasting difference.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls and emails, showcasing our personal development and success education programs
    • Build authentic relationships by understanding client aspirations and providing tailored solutions
      • Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management
        • Support clients throughout their journey, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term engagement
          • Participate in ongoing training to refine your sales skills and deepen your knowledge of our programs

Who You Are

  • Experienced in retail, financial services, consulting, leadership, or related fields with a passion for helping others
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong communication and sales skills
      • Enthusiastic team player eager to learn and grow in a remote environment
        • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
