Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating authentic connections with customers
- Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
- Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way
- Contribute to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience
What success looks like in this role:
- Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA'S customer service standards
- Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA'S hero brands and products
- Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store
- Always upholding the MECCA values
