We're currently tackling one of the Pilbara's most ambitious mining infrastructure projects for BHP on Nyiyaparli Country, featuring a new primary crusher, a 16km overland conveyor, a radial stacker, and stockpiling systems. About the Role

As our Electrical Superintendent, you'll lead daily electrical construction operations, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise and initiative will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front: Oversee all electrical construction activities on-site
  • Drive performance: Monitor progress and ensure targets are met
  • Champion safety: Uphold SHEQ standards and company policies
  • Mentor and develop: Support trades personnel in skill development
  • Communicate effectively: Run daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and liaise with stakeholders
  • Innovate: Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Roster & Benefits
  • Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off
  • Travel: Fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) from all Australian capital cities

Your Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry
  • Relevant Electrical trade qualifications and certificates
  • WA "A" Grade Electrical License
  • Certificate IV in Building & Construction Supervision or Project Management
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, focused approach under pressure
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
  • A valid White Card, EWP, and Working at Heights certification
  • First Aid & CPR/LV and a current Police Clearance
  • Section 44 Training
  • BHP Inducted
  • Experience in the utilities, construction, or resources sector
  • Availability to start immediately
