We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills, and an understanding of the data lifecycle. Ideally you will have knowledge of and experience with Dynamics 365 CRM applications with external portals. • Design and implement data architecture and integration frameworks ensuring best practice data lifecycle management and compliance with standards, policies and regulations.
  • Develop documentation to support renewed data processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise reporting processes and set data accuracy and quality standards.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of revised data processes and adapt as needed.
  • Apply critical thinking and guide end users to adopt a similar mindset.
  • Collaborate with other areas in the division, the department and across government to deliver outcomes and share knowledge.
  • Uplift and maintain data governance (policies, processes, access, compliance).
