Become part of the team at Ray White Platinum South' as a full-time Property Management Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading real estate agency and develop your skills in the residential leasing and property management sector. The role is based in our Kardinya, WA office.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality administrative support to the property management team
• Assisting with the end-to-end tenant lifecycle, including applications, inspections, and bond management
• Maintaining detailed property and tenant records
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
• Communicating effectively with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
• Supporting the property management team with any other duties as required
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a property management or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office suite
• A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Current Real Estate Registration WA
