What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme, helping injured clients find new employment
• Assisting clients in their journey back to work, building a better future
• Actively marketing clients' skills to meet employers' needs
• Using your communication and people skills to work closely with insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• A solid understanding of the labour market and the ability to identify appropriate vocational options for clients
• The passion and ability to engage and motivate injured clients, helping them return to work with confidence
• Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with a variety of stakeholders
• A sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management
• Flexibility to travel in Ballarat and metro region
  
  

Who You Are:

You're a Rehabilitation Counsellor (accredited with ASORC), Psychologist or Osteopath (with current AHPRA registration), or, you have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and Job Placement Services, with a drive to make a difference in people's lives.
