Senior Control Systems Engineer | Innovative Company | $165,000 + Super

We are working closely with a fast-growing company who are revolutionizing the future of the mining industry.

They are looking for a Senior Control Systems Engineer to play a critical role in the programming and optimization of their technologies.

Technical Skills:

  • Over 5 years of experience in control systems development, specializing in software programming for industrial applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing and commissioning control software for hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with autonomous and semi-autonomous systems in industries like mining and heavy equipment.
  • Proficient in CODESYS and Structured Text programming.
  • Strong understanding of real-time communication protocols, such as CANBus, and control algorithm optimization for hydraulic systems.
  • Skilled in system integration, including hardware/software interfacing, and familiar with SCADA systems, HMI development, and industrial automation tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop web and mobile applications for B2B/B2C product lines within cross-functional scrum teams.
  • Design and maintain RESTful and GRPC APIs for internal and third-party integrations, ensuring efficient communication and system integration.
  • Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.
  • Continuously improve codebase and architecture to adhere to industry standards.

They offer an excellent salary of $165,000 + Super.
