Yup, we've sure grown in that time - from a small family business into a nationwide franchise But the passion and care we put into crafting each schnitzel hasn't changed, even if the wallpaper has. Serving schnitzel in our busy restaurants isn't always an easy gig. Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you'll:


• Support daily operations and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service.


• Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.


• Contribute to a positive team culture and assist teammates during peak times.


• Uphold company values and treat everyone with respect.

To go places at Schnitz, it'll also help if you're someone who:

  • Loves food and can offer exceptional customer service (even when they're behaving like Schnit-heads)
  • Is happy to get stuck in, hustle and help out your team (it gets busy at certain times)
  • Is flexible with availability
Qualifications & Skills

You don't need a heap of skills or experience when you join our team. What you do need is attitude. You've gotta be willing to learn, to back our product and most importantly, to treat everyone with respect.
