Exciting times are ahead at our Withcott workshop As we continue to grow and take on new challenges, we're offering a permanent opportunity for a Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This isn't your standard mechanic role, you'll be working on a wide range of unique and high-impact projects across oil, gas, and minerals equipment, supporting both our rigs and the broader Ventia business. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Servicing, repairing & building new and rebuilt drilling/well servicing rigs
  • Refurbishing and assembling oil & gas equipment
  • Maintaining vehicles and trailers (transport & earthmoving gear)
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
  • Producing top-notch work and keeping your space tidy

Who We're Looking For:

  • Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic
  • Experience with CAT equipment is a big plus
  • Confident reading engineering drawings and schematics
  • Solid understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
