DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Engine Technician to join our team specializing in Engine Diagnostics and Repair at our Service Workshop in Tamworth, New South Wales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applying documented procedures and policies to complete complex repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.
  • Disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, and reassembling engines and engine components.
  • Performing preventative maintenance based on engine assessments.
  • Assisting experienced technicians with diagnostics and developing repair plans.
  • Completing documentation such as work reports, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
  • Participating in training aligned with skill and business needs.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area and tools.
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and legislation, and reporting issues or incidents.
