We are looking to add an experienced Lead Educator to our team for our 2-3 years room Our Service has built a positive work culture that cares for and respects all team members. Essential Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).
• A current and valid check confirming the candidate's suitability to work with children.
• First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.
• Capability to guide, mentor, and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

• Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar role in an early childhood setting.
• Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs, can thrive and learn.
• Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff, and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for children's documentation, communication with families, and educational planning.
