About The Role

Mounties Care Mobility & Independence is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis at our retail store in Mounties, Pialba, QLD.

The Sales Assistant will provide excellent assistance and detailed product information, acting as a brand ambassador to enhance customer experience and exceed expectations.

More Specifically, Your Duties May Include
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and company goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high service standards
  • Manage daily store operations
  • Handle rental and return transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to phone enquiries, emails, and intranet leads
  • Assist with deliveries, pickups, stock management, and replenishment
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity
About You

To succeed, you should ideally have:

  • Retail and sales experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and passion for your duties
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to anticipate and exceed customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to complete a NSW Police Check
