As a Web / Mobile UI / UX designer at Repeat (a wholly owned subsidiary of PlayStation), you will help grow our esports platform used by gamers all over the world. The Web / Mobile UI / UX designer role is a key position within the product team and will drive impact across the business and to users of the live website / mobile app. The role requires using a mix of skills including analysis, product ideation, data, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the existing UI / UX design of the website and mobile applications to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.
• Design and deliver new user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with business requirements and user needs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the existing design system, brand guidelines, and platform-specific (iOS / Android / web) conventions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to implementation.
• Own and maintain a library of reusable design components and patterns in Figma.
• Stay up to date with UI / UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the design and product experience.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies, contributing design deliverables in line with sprint goals.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and elegant design solutions.
• Support the creation and refinement of design documentation, including style guides, interaction guidelines, and developer handoff materials.
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmark user experience against industry standards and direct competitors.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UI / UX design for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, user flow design, and polished UI for digital products.Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.Experience working within an established design system , with the ability to contribute to and evolve that system as needed.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , accessibility standards, and responsive design.Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing) in an agile environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.Attention to detail, with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.Bonus : Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML / CSS / React) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
