  • Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean plates, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
  • Ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed (e.g., chopping, peeling, and prepping ingredients).
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out garbage.
  • Assist in organizing and storing food and supplies.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Head Chef or kitchen management.
  • Skills and Requirements
  • No experience required, but previous work in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
