Overview

Azure Digital Apps and AI Consultant role at Arinco – join to apply for the position and contribute to the delivery of end-to-end customer projects within the Digital Apps/AI Practice. Arinco is a leading Australian and New Zealand technology consulting business specialising in digital transformation for enterprise and SMBs. We work within the Microsoft ecosystem and deliver market leading solutions in partnership with our customers.

Work options: Hybrid. The role may require presence on customer site when required.

Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end customer projects within the Digital Apps/AI Practice, focusing on providing expertise in this space.
  • Contribute to internal engineering culture by developing new offerings, IP and sharing knowledge.
Our Ideal Person Will Have
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to Azure development. C#/.NET preferred; experience with Python, Java or Typescript will be considered.
  • Proven experience with Azure API Management including developing, publishing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with GPT-based solutions using Azure OpenAI.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more Azure platform services: Azure App Service, Azure Function, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus or Azure Kubernetes Service.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Bicep for provisioning and managing Azure resources.
  • Knowledge of testing concepts and frameworks, how to structure code to enable testing, and experience writing tests.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Note: We offer a flexible work environment with the opportunity to split work between home and our office. As a customer-led business, you will also need to be present on customer sites when required.
