What We Are Looking For

  • Cert 3 or higher in Hairdressing.
  • Knowledge and experience in hair extensions.
  • Passion for creating hair transformations.
  • Outstanding customer and client care skills.

Requirements

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the salon.
  • Achieving weekly KPIs and targets.
  • Weekly reporting to Stephanie and Irene.
  • Participating in weekly sales targets and strategy meetings.
  • Managing and running monthly promotions (if needed).
  • Providing internal training and education.
  • Creating salon content and managing the salon's Instagram.
  • Extended paid hours over the December period.
