Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) (3 positions)

The School of Engineering partners with students of diverse backgrounds in their pursuit of a rewarding career in the engineering of electrical, mechanical, computer, and communication systems. The School's close association with industry and the industry relevance of its courses ensures high employability of our graduates.

In 2024, we commenced delivery of our renewed curriculum with a significant focus on project-based learning and supported self-directed study.

The School is seeking experienced academics to deliver quality teaching to our students within the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Discipline. We encourage applicants from Women in STEMM and First Nations peoples, and those from diverse cultures, abilities, and experiences.

Your relevant industry experience will be complemented by your commitment to delivering quality teaching in the area of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In addition, you will have:

Term: Full-time continuing appointment (37.5 hrs/week)

Salary:

Senior Lecturer - Total remuneration range for full-time appointment $156,562 to $179,946 pa (includes salary range of $132,287 to $152,045 pa, employer superannuation contributions up to 17% of salary and annual leave loading)

Lecturer - Total remuneration range for full-time appointment $128,506 to $151,889 pa (includes salary range of $108,581 to $128,339 pa, employer superannuation contributions up to 17% of salary and annual leave loading)

Appointment will be made at Level B or Level C, dependent on qualifications and experience.
