Offering Cert III qualified educators a traineeship in the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, with coveted places currently available. What we can offer you:

  • Fee-free training – G8 Education covers all related RTO enrollment and training fees.

  • Paid, rostered study time in the workplace – up to 1 full day per month.

As a Cert III qualified educator aiming to complete your diploma, you will work as part of a team to provide quality education and care, observe and implement policies, and support children's development through nurturing relationships and positive interactions. You will also document children's learning and assist in daily operations.

What we need from you:

  • Successful completion of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Motivation to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
  • Dedication to developing children and fostering their potential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and energetic demeanor
