A Day In the LifeOur Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
Located minutes from the waterfront, enjoy your lunch break by the beach
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
- Portfolio based property management (160 properties)
- Liaise with owners and tenants
- Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears
With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided and given the opportunity to succeed. We offer direct training and feedback from your leaders.
- Focus on a positive and fun culture
- No trust accounting and administrative assistance
- Dedicated leasing and routine inspection teams to support you
- Industry-leading technology that streamlines tasks, laptop and iPhone provided
- Career development & on-going training and support
- Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
- A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
