Are you an experienced or early-career Speech Pathologist ready to make a meaningful difference in children's lives, wanting to work at least 3 days a week? Join our growing paediatric practice in Kelmscott, WA, where client-centred care and supportive team culture are at the heart of what we do.

- Resources to Succeed: Our clinic is well-equipped with standardised assessments, therapy resources, and a wide range of engaging materials for speech, language, and literacy. Plus, you'll be allocated a laptop, iPad, and dedicated admin time for session prep, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Diverse Service Delivery: Work in our brand-new clinic and engage with clients in their homes, schools, or the community.
- Continuous Learning Opportunities: Participate in monthly clinical forums through the Private Speech Pathologists' Association of WA (PSPAWA) and receive support to attend professional development events and special interest groups.
About You
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology (postgraduates are encouraged to apply).
- Own vehicle for client sessions (mileage reimbursed).
- Knowledge (or the desire to learn) about Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy practices
- Training in Hanen, It Takes Two to Talk, and/or Sounds-Write (or willingness to complete these programs).
- Highly motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and within our supportive team.
- A good sense of humour and strong work ethic—essential for our enjoyable, collaborative work environment
Additional Requirements
- Current WA driver's licence, valid police clearance, and Working with Children Check.
- Referees: At least two independent references are required for consideration.
