Are you a compassionate and experienced leader in aged care looking for your next opportunity? Villa Maria Unanderra is seeking a dedicated Residential Aged Care Manager to lead our vibrant and supportive team.

This opportunity has become available due to the retirement of our long-standing Manager, offering a rare chance to step into a well-established role with a strong foundation.

As the Residential Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 96-bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a full master roster in place and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions.

You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 2 Care Managers, Administration Manager, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, and Operational teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
• Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
• Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight
• A collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellence communication skills
