About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Stylist or passionate 3rd year Apprentice to join our dedicated team at Harlow Hair and Body in Belmont, NSW. This full-time role will allow you to showcase your hairstyling expertise and creativity, working alongside a talented team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to our loyal clientele.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality haircuts, styling, colouring and treatments to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques
  • Offering personalised hair consultations and advice to clients
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming salon environment
  • Assisting with stock management and salon operations as required
  • Mentoring and training junior stylists or apprentices

What we're looking for

  • Completion of a recognised hairdressing apprenticeship or relevant qualifications
  • Strong work ethic & self-awareness
  • Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling and treatments
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, on-trend hairstyles
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to continually learn and improve
