Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator role is fast-paced and diverse, giving you hands-on experience across the entire marketing function. You'll assist with creating marketing collateral, updating the website, executing advertising campaigns, social media posts and generating reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a supportive marketing team.

This will be a 12-month contract with potential consideration for an extension.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide marketing support to the team as needed.
  • Collaborate on projects and initiatives to drive overall marketing and company success.
  • Assist in the development, printing and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Manage John Deere Cases including communication to Branch Managers and updating John Deere Experience Platform and the CRM system.
  • Allocate dealer experience calls to marketing team members.
  • Assist in conducting customer experience calls to gain valuable insights and feedback.
  • Oversee distribution of Dealer Experience Letters.

The Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Certificate, Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Drive for continuous improvement.
