About the Role

As Maintenance Officer, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our village safe, functional, and looking its best. Reporting to the Village Manager, this hands-on role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, problem-solving on the go, and building strong relationships with residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment
  • Respond promptly to urgent repair needs
  • Keep accurate records and manage inventory of tools and supplies
  • Engage professionally with residents, families, and staff
  • Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety

What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Adaptable with strong time-management skills
  • Physically fit (able to lift and move up to 15 kg)
  • Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset
  • A team player aligned with Levande's values and purpose

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in property, facility, or village maintenance
  • Valid driver's licence
